The rooms are ready for your arrival after 14:00.

 

BATHROBE                   

Ask the receptionist for a bathrobe. You can rent it for a small fee.

Every day from 7:30 – 10:00.

 

DEPARTURE                       

On the day of departure, please leave your room before 11:00. If you want to stay in your room a little longer, please contact our receptionist.

 

DOCTOR                     

If you need to call a doctor, you can use the telephone in your room. Just dial ‘0’ before entering the telephone number. On the weekend, you can ask the receptionist for the duty doctor.

 

DOGS                             

Feel free to take your dog with you to our hotel. However, please mind that it forbidden to take the dog to the dining room.

 

EMERGENCY EXITS       

There is a fire escape on each floor of the hotel. You can find further information in your room. In case of a fire, do not use the elevator.

HOUSEKEEPING            

Housemaids clean up the rooms every day from 9:00 till 14:00. If you do not want to be disturbed, please hang out the ‘Do not disturb’ sign on your door. If you do not want your room to be cleaned, please inform the receptionist.

 

WIFI   

Our guests have a free access to Internet. You can get the password at the reception.

 

LAUNDRY SERVICE         

We can organize a laundry and ironing service for you. Normally your laundry is done in about 24 hours.

 

BEDLINEN & TOWELS

If you want to get fresh towels, please leave them in the morning on the floor, the housekeeping will change them. Changing bedlinen daily costs 15.00 €. Please contact our receptionist for that.

 

NEEDLE & THREAD  

To get a needle and a thread please ask our friendly staff.

 

PARKING                             

You can park your car in front of the hotel during check-in and check-out (only for a short period of time).

 

PAYMENT THERMS         

You can pay on the day of departure starting from 7:30 or on the day before till 21:00. You can pay cash or by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro).

 

PILLOWS                       

We offer you a variety of different pillows. Please ask our friendly staff.

 

POST BOX/ OFFICE

The nearest postbox is at the Leopoldsplatz. You can also give your stamped letters and postcards to the receptionist.

The latest newspapers, magazines and booklets are available at the reception.

Caracalla: opened daily from 8:00 till 22:00

Friedrichsbad: opened daily from 9:00 till 22:00

 

ROOM KEY                      

You can leave your room key at the reception when you leave the hotel. Keep in mind that we close the entrance door at 21:00, so if you plan to return to the hotel after 21:00, take your room key with you.  You can open the entrance door with your room key.

 

TAXI                                  

We are pleased to help you to order a taxi. Feel free to ask the receptionist.

 

TICKETS RESEVATION     

If you want to visit the cinema or the theater, ask the receptionist. We will be pleased to help you to book a ticket.

 

TOILETRIES                         

If you forgot your comb, toothbrush or some other hygiene items, feel free to ask the receptionist for them.

 

VISITOR'S CARD               

You can get your guest card when you check-in. The guest card provides you discounts at Caracalla-SPA and other facilities in Baden-Baden.

 

WAKE-UP CALL

You can use the alarm clock in your room. It is also possible to get a wake-up call from the reception. Please make a reservation the evening before.
