If you need to call a doctor, you can use the telephone in your room. Just dial ‘0’ before entering the telephone number. On the weekend, you can ask the receptionist for the duty doctor.
DOGS
Feel free to take your dog with you to our hotel. However, please mind that it forbidden to take the dog to the dining room.

Housemaids clean up the rooms every day from 9:00 till 14:00. If you do not want to be disturbed, please hang out the ‘Do not disturb’ sign on your door. If you do not want your room to be cleaned, please inform the receptionist.

Our guests have a free access to Internet. You can get the password at the reception.
LAUNDRY SERVICE
We can organize a laundry and ironing service for you. Normally your laundry is done in about 24 hours.
BEDLINEN & TOWELS
If you want to get fresh towels, please leave them in the morning on the floor, the housekeeping will change them. Changing bedlinen daily costs 15.00 €. Please contact our receptionist for that.
NEEDLE & THREAD
To get a needle and a thread please ask our friendly staff.

You can park your car in front of the hotel during check-in and check-out (only for a short period of time).

ROOM KEY
You can leave your room key at the reception when you leave the hotel. Keep in mind that we close the entrance door at 21:00, so if you plan to return to the hotel after 21:00, take your room key with you. You can open the entrance door with your room key.
TAXI
We are pleased to help you to order a taxi. Feel free to ask the receptionist.
TICKETS RESEVATION
If you want to visit the cinema or the theater, ask the receptionist. We will be pleased to help you to book a ticket.
TOILETRIES
If you forgot your comb, toothbrush or some other hygiene items, feel free to ask the receptionist for them.

You can get your guest card when you check-in. The guest card provides you discounts at Caracalla-SPA and other facilities in Baden-Baden.
